De 24-qubit route: een actief venster voor transport

Voor 24 qubits kozen we niet eerst een groot circuit en daarna een verhaal. We kozen één lokale vraag: hoeveel van een korte domeinwand-onbalans blijft na 0,10 femtoseconde over?

Het actieve venster

Het model heeft vier sites, zes fermionische modi per site en twaalf elektronen. De centrale observable vergelijkt de bezetting aan weerszijden van het midden en ligt tussen −1 en 1. Exacte evolutie geeft op 0,10 fs een onbalans van 0,9872906000.

Een tweesitevenster geeft 0,9872156850. Het verschil, 0,000074915, ligt onder de vooraf gekozen grens van 0,001. De normfout blijft eveneens ruim onder de grens. Daarmee is het vier-sitevenster gevalideerd voor deze observable en deze tijd — niet automatisch voor spectra, langere tijden of de volledige toestand.

Observable-specifieke eerste orde

Een eerste-orde productformule wijkt globaal wel van de exacte toestand af: op 12 qubits is de toestandsfidelity 0,986226. Toch is de fout in de gekozen onbalans slechts 0,000400 op 12 qubits en 0,000382 op 24 qubits. Dat is precies waarom een observable-specifiek criterium scherper kan zijn dan “de hele golfvector moet vrijwel exact zijn”.

Routing op 24 qubits

De bevroren 24-qubitroute transpileerde voor IBM Kingston naar diepte 632 met 693 CZ-poorten. Daarmee passeerde zij de vooraf gestelde schermen van maximaal 1000 diepte en 2000 tweequbitpoorten. De route meet twaalf centrale modes, niet de volledige toestand.

Belangrijk: deze 24-qubit Hamiltoniaan is Au-geïnspireerd. Zij bevat s–d-orbitaalstructuur, scalar-relativistische verschuivingen, spin-baan-koppeling, interacties en orbitaalafhankelijk hopping, maar is nog niet geïmporteerd uit de gevalideerde QE/Wannier-matrices.
Claimgrens. De validatie geldt alleen voor de centrale onbalans bij 0,10 fs. Zij keurt de globale toestand, andere observabelen, goudoptica of quantum advantage niet goed.
